Mitch Porteous – CEO, Co-founder

Mitch leads BlockPlanner and the not-for-profit Microforest Collective. He works across civic strategy, delivery and systems design, with a focus on infill, small-scale development and lean models that unlock public value.

He is an accredited economic development practitioner and a TEDx speaker on how
trust and participation can reshape the
way cities grow.

Will Honey – Co-founder

Will is CEO of The Property Collective and brings three decades’ experience in residential development, real estate leadership and buyer strategy. At BlockPlanner, he leads partnerships and strategic direction — with a sharp understanding of how projects succeed (or stall) in real-world conditions.
